From the 9th to the 11th of February 2021, the Orange County Covention Center of Orlando, will host the launch of the first edition of Stone America. A show dedicated to the ornamental stone world and machinery and equipment for quarrying and processing co-located with KBIS, The Kitchen & Bath Industry show.

Universal Marketing Srl along with Marmomacchine Servizi Srl and GM-Expo, will organize the participation of italian and international companies of the ornamental stone world. Each exhibitor will have the possibility to choose from differente alternatives of show particpation, pre-equipped booths solution or only space solution with the chance to personalize the exhibit spaces according to their needs.

The United States is the largest consumer of finished natural stone products in the world.

Only in 2019, the US imports of finished products in marble, granite and other natural stones amounted to worth of nearly $ 2.7 billion worth.

The top supplier of finished stone products to the US in 2019, was China, followed by Brazil, Italy, India and Turkey. These five countries alone have satisfied nearly nine tenths of the purchases of processed stones by the United States.
In 2019 the United States was again the main destination market for products Made in Italy, with finished products holding a 27% share. According to data processed by the Marmomacchine Confindustria Studies Center, Italy’s sales to the US of semi-finished and finished products in marble, granite and other natural stones reached 370 million euros, remaining on the excellent level of the previous year.

The United States is also the main buyer of Italian machinery and equipment for quarrying and processing ornamental stones, with imports worth nearly 140 million euros, in line with 2018 figures and enabling the Italian techno-stone sector to maintain its leadership on the American market with a 34% share.
